Account Management

At Glenn we know that if we didn’t energetically support and motivate our managers, we would very soon have nothing left to manage.

Identifying top-notch management material brings to mind haystacks and needles. Once identified, the individual must be recruited – and once recruited, retained. Fortunately, as our reputation has grown within the industry, the task has become progressively easier. Most of our senior managers have been with us for years and (we sincerely hope) have no plans to leave us in the foreseeable future. Such continuity translates into a great service for our clients.

For 20 years we have worked to create a management team of the very highest calibre. The process has been a ‘virtuous circle’, for we’re now able to take our pick of the most talented people in the industry. If they are successful, candidates know that their initiative and commitment will be recognised and appropriately rewarded, and that they will enjoy unparalleled training and support.

Our present Management Team has more than 200 years’ combined experience in the industry, accumulating a detailed knowledge of every commercial sector.  

Accredited with the quality standard ISO 9001:2000, they work within strict managerial guidelines to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

An important benefit of the stability of our Management Team is the quality of the relationships they are able to build with our clients, understanding each site and its particular requirements, and providing a consistent service and customer experience.

Besides the regular feedback meetings which form such an essential aspect of our working process, our clients know that they can always pick up the phone to discuss with their Account Manager any aspect of our service.

Each Account Manager is responsible for a strictly-limited number of clients – less than half the industry average, in fact – so that they not only remain easily accessible but can dedicate the high level of quality time it takes to deliver an exceptional service.

Since our inception Glenn has been built on providing a personal approach to our clients and building long-standing relationships with them. This is still true today: our senior managers and directors know each our clients individually and visit them regularly to ensure their complete satisfaction.
