How We Do It

About Glenn

Everything we do is focused upon enhancing the value we provide for our customers. This demands constant vigilance and creative effort.

When you analyse them closely, even the most repetitive and apparently-simple tasks can be honed and improved upon for the ultimate benefit of the customer. We constantly review new technologies and working practices to ensure that we deliver exceptional quality at affordable prices.

The blueprint for a hard-won reputation: An Overview

At the heart of Glenn Management’s approach is our absolute insistence upon consummate standards of customer service.

We will never compromise a valuable client relationship in pursuit of short-term gain. During our 20 years in business, this attitude has permeated every aspect of our operation and won us the trust and respect of our clients.

Our recruitment and training protocols are thorough in the extreme and we treat our people with fairness and understanding. For this, they repay us many times over by providing our customers with an exemplary standard of cleaning and other services.

When we commence a new client relationship, we commit ourselves to delivering a gold-standard service. It then remains our aim to exceed this wherever we can, and never on any account to slip beneath it.

To achieve this relentlessly-ambitious role, our managers undergo a programme of continuous professional development and all of our staff are supported with the latest technology to improve the quality of our work.

On the basis that in an imperfect world even the best-laid plans can occasionally go awry, a robust complaints procedure ensures that problems are rectified quickly and intelligently, and that lessons are learned to prevent their reoccurrence.

Summer Services

Now is the Summer of your discontent After a gloomy winter, we all look forward to longer, warmer days. But for those who work in an office environment, Summer is definitely not all sweetness and light. As climate change really begins to bite, higher temperatures and increasing humidity turn a day at work into an […]

Global warming and our use of plastic

Plastic packaging. It seemed like such a great idea, cheap and incredibly flexible. Even the most ardent supporter of the environment could see important advantages: Because it was so light, it slashed the carbon emissions created by transport. But like a silent tide, plastic has crept up on us, creating a vast and intractable problem […]

Let’s go green. The ethical and financial benefits to your business.

The most active contributors to globalisation are neither governments nor multinational corporations: they are waste products, discarded packaging and environmentally-destructive chemicals. A dead whale washed up in the Philippines was found to have 40 kilogrammes of plastic in its stomach. In the middle of the Pacific Ocean is a raft of rubbish the size of […]
