Our Servicetrac electronic Quality Auditing system delivers instant, in-depth reporting against set performance standards. (The system was developed by Innovise, market leaders in this area for over 20 years).
It allows us to monitor compliance, not only in our cleaning work but in landscaping, security, health & safety and risk assessments. Indeed, we can set up an audit process for any activity in our portfolio.
Our managers conduct monthly performance audits of every client’s premises, electronically recording the results and rating our work according to a ‘traffic light’ system.
These audits are carried out using the latest tablet devices. The relevant data is sent wirelessly and instantly to our web portal where the system generates clear and precise reports, then sends them to our clients. Every report must be approved and signed off by a client.
The system creates a number of reports (see illustrated sample) from which the relevant information can be easily extracted. Key stats such asPerformance against SLA’s,Audits overdue and Highest scoring locations are clearly displayed.
The system automatically triggers an alert should a key performance target be missed and an integrated Helpdesk manages any exceptional activities.
