At Glenn Cleaning & Support Services LTD, we’re enthusiastic champions of the Real Living Wage movement, and according to the Living Wage Foundation, 93% of business have seen a benefit since they became accredited.
Since adopting the Real Living Wage our employees feel more valued, and we’ve seen increased engagement from them, which in turn has resulted in real benefits to our clients. Not only do our staff bring forward new ideas for how we can support our customers’ cleaning requirements, but they are innovative in their approach to generating new ideas about the services we provide.
